BIRYANI MASALA

Ingredients:

Coriander seeds, Tejpatha, Red Chillies, Black Pepper, Fennel, Cinnamon, Salt, Cardamum,. Cloves, Cumin, turmeric, Nutmeg, Black Cardamum, Shahjeera.

  • Directions of Use:

    ( Materials Required) 1) Chicken -1 Kg 2) Biryani Rice-1 Kg 3) SK Biryani Masala -50g 4) Onion Big- 500g 5) Garlic- 2 Bulbs 6) Ginger-2 Pieces 7) Green Chillies-10 Nos 8) Tomatoes-3 Nos 9) Coriander Leaf, 10) Curry Leaf & Mint Leaf 11) Cashew & Khus khus -As required. 12) Salt-To Taste 13) Ghee-1 Cup Method of Preparation: 1) Cut and clean chicken 2) Grind garlic ginger and green chillies into a paste 3) Slice tomatoes, chop coriander leaf, curry leaf, & mint leaf. Keep aside 4) Crush cashews and khus khus into a paste 5) Fry onions in ghee. Add the pastes and the sliced ingredients 6) Add SK biryani masala & the chicken pieces and cook 7) Wash and soak rice for 15 minutes 8) Fry it in ghee till dry. Add required water and boil. 9) Mix the rice and chicken and pour ghee over it 10) close the lid and bake for 30 minutes 11) If baking is done using fire wood, placing burning embers also over the vessel`s lid, for best results. Serve Hot.
