FISH CURRY MASALA

Ingredients:

Coriander, Red Chillies, Jeera (cumin) Black Pepper, Dry Ginger, Dry Garlic, Tamarind Powder, Tomato Powder, Salt, Fenugreek, Mustard, Black Salt, Turmeric.

  • Directions of Use:

    1. Cut 750 g fish into small cups of ½ inch. Rub the pieces with Lemon Juice, Salt and marinate for 30 min. Gently fry till golden brown. Drain and keep warm. 2. Sauté 2 chopped Onions for 10 min and drain out oil. Add ½ cup Yoghurt, blend it and stir for 3 min on medium flame with 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste to brown. 3. Add 2 chopped Tomatoes, 2 tsp S.K. Fish curry Masala, ½ tsp S.K. Chilly powder, ½ tsp S.K.Turmeric powder and stir till gravy thickens 4. Add the marinated fish, mix well. Cover the lid and simmer for 2-3 min. 5. Garnish with 2 tsp of fresh chopped Coriander leaves and serve hot fish curry with Rice.
