CHICKEN MASALA

Ingredients:

Coriander Seeds, Red Chillies, Cumin, Black Gram Dal, Black Peppers, Dry Garlic, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Nutmeg, Mace, Fenugreek, Big Cardamom, Poppy Seeds, Kasuri Methi, Cloves, Turmeric, Bengal Gram Dal, Hing Powder, Salt.

  • Directions of Use:

    1. Add 1 tsp S.K.Chilly powder , 1 tsp Ginger pase, 1 tsp Garlic paste, ½ tsp Turmeric powder, Salt to taste, 3 tbsp Curd to 750 g, Chicken pieces and mix well. Marinate for 1 hour . 2. Fry 4 chopped onion in 4 tbsp of cooking oil till golden brown. 3. Add 3 chopped Green chillies, 1 tsp of each of Ginger and Garlic paste, 1 tsp Coriander powder, ½ tsp S.K. Turmeric powder, 3 tsp S.K.Chicken masala and fry for a minute or two. 4. Add Marinated Chicken pieces, 4 chopped Onion and cook for 10 minutes with constant mixing. 5. Tasty Chicken gravy is ready to serve with Rice or Roti
