CHANA MASALA
Ingredients:
Coriander, Red Chillies, Dry Mango Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cloves, Cinnamon, Katchari, Mint Leaves, Fennel, Anardhan, Dry Ginger, Tej Pattha, Mace, Salt, Black Salt, Nutmeg, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Mustard, Turmeric, Ajwain, Hing Power, Tamarind Powder.
Directions of Use:
1. Soak 100 g Kabuli Chana (white chick Peas) over night, Pressure cook and keep aside. Ad ½ tsp Salt while cooking. 2. Heat 3 tbsp cooking Oil, fry 2 medium size chopped Onion till golden brown. 3. Add 1 tsp S.K.Coriander Powder, 1 tsp S,K. Chilly powder, 2 tsp S.K.Chana Masala and fry for 3-4 minutes on a low flame. 4. Add 1-2 medium sized Chopped Tomatoes, 2-3 slit Green chillies, and ½ inch finely chopped Ginger and Saute for a minute. 5. Add cooked Chana, Salt to taste and cook for 5 min on medium flame. 6.
