MOTTON MASALA
Ingredients:
Red Chilly, coriander seeds, Cumin, Dry Garlic, Bengal gram dal, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Fennel, Clove, Dry Ginger, Black Cardamum, Turmeric, Kasuri Methi, Tejpatha, Salt, Nutmeg, Mace, Shahjeera
Directions of Use:
1. Marinate 500 g of cleaned and cut Mutton pieces for 2 Hrs in a mixture of 2 Onions Paste. 1 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste, Salt and 4 tbsp of strained curd. 2. Heat 4 tbsp cooking oil and fry 2 sliced Onions till crisp or Golden brown 3. Add 3 tsp S.K. Mutton Masala and mix well 4. Add Marinated Mutton pieces and stir for 5 minutes. 5. Add 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 10 min (4-5 whistles). Remove from the flame and mix well. Serve warm with Rice or Roti.
