SHAHI PANEER MASALA

Ingredients:

Cumin, Tej Patta, Black Pepper, Red Chillies, Turmeric, Cloves, Black Cardamom, Dry Mango, Bengal Gram Dal, Dry Ginger, Fennel, Dry Garlic, Green Cardamom, Salt, Star Anis, Curry leaves, Fenugreek, Citric Acid.

  • Directions of Use:

    Slice 300gm paneer (Cottage Cheese) into small, triangular pieces. Heat 3 tbsp of oil/ghee, add paste of 3 onions, and fry till golden. Add 4 tbsp tomato puree/paste. Stir-fry for 5 min. Stir in 1 tbsp SK Shahi Paneer Masala. Add 2 tsp magaz. 2 tsp cashew paste, 40ml fresh cream and salt. Boil with 1½ cups hot water. Add paneer slices. Simmer till done. Garnish with green coriander leaves and a dash of fresh cream. Serve steaming hot.
