GARAM MASALA
Ingredients:
Coriander, Red Chilli, Cumin, Tejapatha, Cinnamon, Fennel, Black Pepper, Clove, Kasuri Methi, Star Anise, Black Salt, Cardamom, Shajeera, Nutmeg.
Directions of Use:
1. Prepare vegetables of your choice or Dal with usual spices using either oil or Ghee. 2. Add 1 tsp S.K.Garam Masala for 500 g vegetable or 1 lit Ready Dal. 3. (Adjust spiceness according to your taste.) 4. Stir well on low fame for 3-4 minutes. 5. Keep for 5 min. with lid covered and serve warm with Rice, Roti, Vada etc.
