PAV BHAJI MASALA
Ingredients:
Kashmiri Chilly, Coriander Seeds, Cumin, Dry Mango, Cinnamon, Tej Patha, Black Pepper, Star Anis Fennel, Black Cardamom, Dry Ginger, Turmeric, Cloves, Salt.
Directions of Use:
1. Heat 3 tbsp oil, add 2 medium (100g) chopped Onions, 2 big (125g) Capsicum and saute for 3-4 minutes. 2. Add 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste and sauté till the ginger flavour goes off. 3. Add 5 big (250g) chopped Tomatoes and fry till the oil comes out. Add 3 tsp S.K. Pav Bhaji Masala and sauté for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add 5 medium (250g) boiled mashed potatoes and 1 cup boiled green peas. Sauté for 2-3 minutes with required quantity of Salt. 5. Add 150-200ml boiled water, mix well and mix for 3-4 minutes. 6. Add Salted Butter, Chopped Onion, Lemon Juice and serve hot with buttered Pav or Buns.
